Parker is a respected consultant with extensive experienced in building and leading cultural transformation. Currently, President and Founder of JWP Consulting LLC., a strategic advisory firm that helps the C-suite improve its brand and reputation by developing Equity & Inclusion and Corporate Giving strategies.
Before founding JWP Consulting, Parker was President, GM Foundation and Director of Global Corporate Philanthropy where she managed a $40M global charitable operation. In addition to GM, Parker was the pioneer founder of Newell Rubbermaid’s CSR strategy, having launched operations for Inclusion and Diversity, NWL’s Corporate Giving department and Newell Rubbermaid Foundation.
With a vast corporate background, Jackie previously held positions with PepsiCo, Nabisco Foods, Campbell Soup Company, and QuakerOats.
Parker earned an MBA in marketing from Johns Hopkins University and holds a Bachelor’s degree in marketing from Hampton University.
She also received a Corporate Citizenship Certificate from Boston College’s Center for Corporate Citizenship and is a certified professional coach with CTI.
She volunteers her spare time serving as Board Director with Habitat for Humanity International, a member of Leadership Atlanta and the Executive Leadership Council. A natural-born leader and an inspirational teacher. Helping organizations define their "why" is the underpinning of what drives her work.
