Mary Carol is the Regional Vice President for the Southeast Region and the innovative, multidimensional Digital Transformation Leader at the forefront of change for both Microsoft, Customers, and Partners. She and her team are leading cutting-edge digital solutions and complex global delivery to support IT transformation, smarter commerce, and application innovation. With deep subject matter expertise and exemplary leadership, she delivers multimillion-dollar revenue growth, operational excellence, and cloud-centric forward-thinking.
Prior to Microsoft, Mary Carol honed leadership and tenacious sales skills across various companies, including CSC, AT&T, Sun Microsystems, Salesforce.com, and start-up Qlik Technologies, Inc.
Mary Carol holds a Bachelor of Science degree in psychology from Bradley University. She currently resides in Milton, Georgia, and serves on the Board of Directors for the Atlanta Chamber of Commerce.
Mary Carol and her husband of over 20 years, Ken, have three children, Lauren, Ryan and Lindsey. They are all actively involved with the Atlanta Lab Rescue a non-profit organization and have rescue dogs. An avid football fan, Mary Carol enjoys a “roll tide” greeting and supports both Alabama football and the Atlanta Falcons.
